Whoosme is a web site that allows you to obtain a score on your professional skills (called professional rating) by means of an anonymous questionnaire sent to your friends, colleagues and clients.
What's the questionnaire.
The questionnaire (also, Anonymous Evaluation Questionnaire - AEQ) is made of many factors (eg. competence, punctuality, mood in the workplace, ecc.) on which the evacuator you have invited may express an evaluation by giving a score from 0 to 100.
Collecting the evaluations.
You may invite whoever you like to make an evaluation of your professional skills (by sending an evaluation requests). You may also decide to make an evaluation on professional skills of your friends and colleagues (by sending an evaluation proposal). Therefore, you are at the same time an evaluated person and an evaluator.
Professional rating.
Your professional rating is made by the average score obtained by all your evaluators. You need at least 5 evaluations to get your professional rating. At any time, you may publish or keep private your professional rating.
Changing of the professional rating.
At any time, you may change your evaluations by accessing and modifying the Anonymous Evaluation Questionnaires you have already filled out. Your evaluators also may access the Anonymous Evaluation Questionnaires about you. Therefore, the professional ratings may be constantly updated.
Anonymity.
All the evaluations are anonymously processed. The persons you evaluate will never know the score you gave them. Besides, the professional ratings are updated at regular preset intervals so as to prevent to figure the content of any specific Anonymous Evaluation Questionnaires.
